Hi newbie here.

your recommended regimens. Do I use it like a leave-on? Or should I rinse it after a few minutes?

My hair is dry, desert dry! I don't know what going on. I don't know what do use. I've recently be put on oxy for back pain. I drink water and condition offer but still desert dry. My hair is only decent went went. I was thinking about buying the product line (http://www.hydrathermanaturals.com/Cat-59-1-5/collection-sets.htm) but idk I could really use some suggestions. It's like my hair is dead

Hi all

I started using weaves on January because my hair was breaking off in the front from stress and wash n gos and I was at a loss. I used to have individual braids years ago and my hair grew like crazy. However it wasn't looking so great between installs. I switched to a new stylist last month and she said she saw a lot of damage, possibly from being braided too tight. I didn't lose as much hair (I think) with this wash, but I was shocked at how short and thin my hair looks. I did recently watch a you tube video and realized I should be using an applicator bottle to do my same pre poo treatments. What can I do now? Should I go back to braids? I didn't want to because they take forever and aren't as accepted at work. But I don't want to be trapped wearing weaves forever. Help!

Newbie here. Looking forward to talking with everyone.

Seems  D-biotin is really effective in treatment of hairloss.
