I'm looking to get a sewn in weave with the "Lacing Method" at the top (near the part). I believe it is similar to crochet/latch hook method.
Everyone who has had it seems to be in Cali and it looks awesome! I'm hoping to find a stylist anywhere from NY to NJ to DC that does this method.

Its a full weave but u can still see the scalp at the part.  It is natural looking and you can't see the braids at all.  They "crochet" hair thru the top braids using a latch hook.

Lacing ** ...and the latch Hook method are Completely different Techniques ...Idk if the Harlem African do it ....They might i haent been down there in AGES ...but i know a lady here in Ct dat does it ....The lacing method is much like invisble braids ...they just pull hair out on top the braid as there going down ....Im horrible at explaining lol

I figured the term "lacing" may mean something different here on the east coast so I knew it would be a good idea to include a description. Smile The people on the west coast who have had the "Lacing Method" described it as I did above.  There were no invisible/individual braids involved.  The closest thing I've seen to this method is tree braids where they braid loose hair into the top braid.

Which method does the stylist in CT do? Does she use the latch hook? All of my natural hair needs to be braided.

With the lacing method ....all your hair is braided from root to tip ....But as there braiding down there pull extension hair out the top and side of each indivual braid

From the description of the people who have had it, the hair is pulled though the cornrow, then tied.
