I get the plain Fage from Costco then add honey, dark choc chips for the antioxidants (& taste) and pecans for an alternative to butter pecan ice cream and I love it! Sometimes I just have dark choc chips, blueberries (antioxidant as well) and flax with the plain yogurt.

I love brown cow strawberry or vanilla. Fage with honey is the only one I'll eat!

This might find kind of funny, but... I mix a little yellow curry powder in it, and put it over cooked jasmine rice mixed with chick peas! I got it from a Middle Eastern friend and it is truly delish!!!

I have tried the greek yogurt, but I didn't care for it. It is pricey.

Fage is good but can be pricey and the flavored ones aren't worth the calories and fat you will use.  I prefer the non-fat Trader Joe's brand in Honey.  It costs alot less.  I do use the plain brand to make "green" smoothies.

4oz non-fat, plain Greek Yogurt
4 cups raw spinach (cleaned and rinsed; stems okay)
Small banana or 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 packet Truvia or Splenda
1 cup of water with crush ice

Pour all ingredients into blender and mix on high until spinach is pulverized.  The color will be green but the taste will be that of fruit.

5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 1 protein serving.

Most major grocery stores carry it. It's not cheap, though. Fage is about $1.70 each.

So do you use the 0%, 2%, or the total? What do you use it with or mix with it?

I've been eating this for over a year now and can't go back to regular sugar-filled yogurts. I go for the 2% with strawberry.

COSTCO carries Greek Yogurt in a 12 pack. I add fresh fruit eventhough the yogurt has fruit in it.
