I think I applied too heavy a coat of sealer on my closure. It made these white dots like dandruff. How do I remove the dots without breaking the lace? Is it possible or did I ruin it?
I just dunked it in water and shampoo, hoping to wash it off...

I guess no one knows... Anyway, I dumped it in water & shampoo (another wash). Hopefully the specs will be gone when it dries. I can't count the hours of research I've put into this virgin hair business, plus running around trying to find sealers. I hope I can salvage that closure. *Sigh*

OK, problem fixed. ExotiqBeautii was kind enough to post this video for me upstairs.
I rubbed it like that on the underside of my closure (although a little less vigorously) and it worked

Sorry, this maybe a bit off topic but may I ask what you used to seal your weft. I live in Ireland and I always hear of people sealing their wefts, Youtube forums etc etc I actually don't know the product they use!

I was actually having this same problem! But that method doesn't remove the sealer does it?

@MissRepresented - A lot of people rave about the Hair Extensions 101 Weft Sealer I know it comes in clear and either black or brown...I forgot which
