Half of the people in the thread admitted they've worn tight ish b4 however that doesn't mean that it's right or pleasing to God.
IF she was really promoting the gospel of Jesus , she and her stylist should've thought of a better way to present her...

A gospel artist is not on the same level as a pastor....sorry.

Depends on how she sees herself.
Maybe she thinks her voice is a gift and a tool to sing the praises of God touch his flock.

She may not see herself as purely an entertainer

coco...
When she put on the dress and showed it to the room it bet she was like DAMN "I LOOK SEXY"...
now every woman has a right to feel that way..
BUT your doing a gospel album cover.. IF you think you look sexy.. more than likely your audience will too.. instead of thinking about the praising the lord, they are thinking about your body.. That is not good.
n naw she doesn't need to be in a sheet.. if the dress was of another material and wasn't so tight i dont think ppl would be discussing it...

And she should not talk about adorning yourself modestly with that amount of makeup on.....cause that too is distracting.....slippery slope.

And if you think a gospel singer and a Pastor are on the same level bless your heart.....anyone can tell about God.....doesnt make them a Pastor.....a pastor must be ordained.....you can't just call yourself a pastor.....that comes with school and training.....Erica is trained to be on key.....one must understand that.

Singing gospel is more than just being on key.
Just bc you think that doesn't mean she does.

She may very well believe her voice is a gift from God with greater meaning than just carrying a tune.
There are many ways you can touch people loves and it doesn't have to be from the pulpit.

Her voice may be a charge from God

She got the memo about wearing "appropriate"clothes, but the Bible also mentions not "painting your eyes".

We get so busy pointing them fingers, we don't even realize we got fingers pointing right back at us.
