HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY KINKY TWIST TO MAKE THEM LAST FOR TWO MORE MONTHS..ITS ALREADY BEEN ONE MONTH..I NEED TO MORE MONTHS TO MAKE THEM LAST, WHAT ARE THE BEST SPRAYS? SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR? WHAT SHOULD I PUT ON THE TWIST DAYLY?

I usually oil my scalp with castor oil or wild growth oil 2x a week and wash with a clarifying shampoo 2x a month.  Sometimes I wash the hair more frequently (summer months).  Im actually going to try installing twists myself tonight.  Now that I have a hair steamer, I will be steaming my twists on wash days.
 
ETA:  I never leave mine in for more than 2 months at a time.  Also I always sleep in a satin bonnet.

I have extensions in my hair is really good for me to wash my hair? So do you think its bad to leave kinky twist in for 3 months?

You can.  I only wash my scalp though.  I know ppl who have left braids in for 3 months.  Personally, I don't.  It can be done though.
