I still drink some milk not all the time, but usually buy the organic one heated very low. Usually with Raw&Vegan chocolate maca protein powder, w/ a little bit more of organic cocoa powder, chia seed powder, banana and blueberries for creamy protein shake.
I also eat rice, beans, eggs (free range and grass fed), avocados, potatoes (red&sweet), veggies, and I cook everything with coconut oil. Thats what I usually eat the most for my protein. I sometimes eat bread, cheese, sometimes yogurt very rarely now, pasta. I'm trying to gain weight, so far its going good.
