Some to tips to reduce the pain during laser hair removal-
1.Select laser type has a cold air attachment.
2.Bring an ice pack to a session.
3.Avoid this during menstruating.
4.Avoid coffee.

This last laser removal session I had last week hurt like a MESS. She put the laser on the highest setting. Then was slow at that. I like it better when they are fast. so I say do 5 burst at a time.. I get a generic numbing cream off ebay for $5.

Some tips that can be used to help reduce the pain:-
1.Use ice pack.
2.Laser with cold air attachment is best.
3.Drink water.
4.Avoid coffee in these days.
