yeah actually a lot of days i twerk first thing in the morning Tongue and almost everyday after work unless it was a really hard day like 10+hrs. I've actually been struggling with exercise addiction for about as long as i've been twerking (so lame i know! not looking for attention) so its easy for me to go literally hours working out and dancing  Pig I got super obsessed with learning how to booty clap, do the splits, and all the tricks so it was always on my mind and all i wanted to do is practice. Lately i just do it more for fun. :-)
 
@natty, girl just practice everyday. Watch twerk team and lady k.
random twerk tips Clown *sideyeing myself*
 
-sit in a sqautting position as long as you can to build up strength in your thighs
-when twerking, stick your butt out more than you think you should
-to booty clap, try to make the movement come from your thighs and hips through your cheeks. Shake your legs in and out to create a "ripple-effect" which should make your cheeks Clap
-practice booty clapping in all kinds of angles and positions, you need to be able to do it while squatting/ twerking, and standing with your feet close together or far apart.
-leaning against a wall will give your lower body more leverage and i think take some of the strain off your legs, but ultimatly you are gonna want to be able to hold yourself up while twerking for a long time
-some girls can prolly make their butt clap by just jumping up and down in lil shorts :p just force that booty down when you land
-it will take a long time to get into splits and it will be uncomfortable. Its not supposed to be easy or esle everyone would be able to do it Censored
-learn as early as possible, the younger you are, the more flexible and supple your bones, ligamens, muscles are and your muscles will memorize the movements quicker
-if you arent familiar with muscle memory, google it
-if your having trouble with a certain move, practice the hell out of it that day, take a rest day, and the 3rd day when you come back your body and brain will have figured it out
-find bands you REALLY luv. If you feel the music its a lot easier to dance through the pain or awkwardness until you are comfortable
-take a break every now and then and check  out other kinds of dancing, like Dance Hall Queen, wineing, salsa, hip hop, etc. Even ballet will greatly help your twerking abilities
-have some juice handy while dancing to give you a lil boost
-try walking while you are in the squats :-)
-do squats and lunges until your legs want to give out (on non heavy weight training days)

I keep a resitance band in my desk, so when Im at work I do hip abductors until my butt burns under my desk and nobody knows. :) I dont do this everyday, usually off days. I also flex my butt as much as possible through the day to keep that muscle-mind connection.

Wow babygurl idk u knew how to twerk!! I wanna learn ima start practicin everyday.. i wanna do somethin special for my boo on valentines day..
 
please post some videos on here lol...i'm not good with directions,  I'm hands on I need to see it, I can dance pretty good, I got rhythm... I just can't get it right, well it don't feel right its hard to watch myself in the mirror makes my neck hurtConfused

Girl just start watching all the Twerk Team videos that is seriously how i learned, i think something should pop up in the related videos that says "how to twerk" and i dont think its made by TT, but it slows down their dance and gives names to them so its easier to understand.

Theres jyst basically that sexy walk where you kick your legs out n rock side to side

the "booty popping" and once ur cool with that you can try different speeds and variations

and then get on the floor or bed and practice hip rolls and sexy stuff like that (easy)

and just be creative!! There are sooooooooo many "how to" twerk videos on youtube that are really good...... I'll look for em tomorrow and share them here, my bf is on the computer right now :-p and i dont think i could ever post a twerking video online its too intimate and im not even good lol :-) and there are too many beautiful girls to compete with, noooooooo thank u!! Its just something fun to keep me in shape

Thanks!! I hear that omgosh I could never make a video, even if i do learn how to do it. I don't want nobody seeing my coochie hole lol..they be rockin them short ass tight shorts..ughh..I still gotta get enough confidence to do it for my man lmao.

Guys arent too complicated, theyll be happy as long as you are :-) And seriously if you just watch all the girls on youtube, there are so many different body types and booty shapes, you're bound to find someone that looks and moves really similar to you.

oh i guess the first video isnt what i thought :/ the one i saw slowed down Twek Teams dance and it really helps you figure out what theyre doing..... or you can hit pause and play really fast and it slows it down lol :p
