Hi ladies! Sometimes it's the little things that kick start a good habit or help in your goal slowly but surely. For me, I don't have a lot of time to workout when I get home so I try to do little things while I'm at work. For example, I go to the bathroom 3 floors down in my building and either run the stairs back up or take them 2 by 2. Every trip is a workout, and going 5-6 times a day, I see a change already! Just thought I'd share that and see if you have tips and tricks you incorporate to help reach your goal!

•Stomach vacuums all the time
• choose water and juice over soda
• healthy food instead of sugary stuff
• when i have junk food its only one cup or palm-of-your-hand sized portions
• no cigarettes, alcohol, limited caffeine
• when im feeling insecure, just pretend i am super hot :) it always works
•visualizing what i want, being optomistic, positive affirmations (singing hiphop songs in my head about having a big booty.... just try singing lyrics like  "booty like a rhinocerous" "ma got a big ol ass and no stomach" 20x throughout the day and it sticks !)
•cardio everyday
•learn to twerk. I do it almost everyday for the past 3 years and have a rockin bod for someone whos lost over 100 lbs :-) and im surprisingly agile now too. Has introduced me to other kinds of dancing so i dont get bored working out everyday

Those are some good tips! I have taken to the visualization thing lately too. It's giving me the motivation to stick to plans. And I LOVE to dance so I need to check out twerkin. I heard it can do wonders for the back/butt. I'm gonna try the handful thing for cravings. I'm using an everything in moderation theme. I really want to do vacuums but I heard you shouldn't do them if you high blood pressure. I got diagnosed with post partum high Bp.

Some other things I have incorporated
20 squats when I go to the restroom
Drinking water before I eat

I try to incorporate exercise into my daily routine because I don't have a ton of time to work out.
I'm on my feet a ton to begin with but I always try to stand more than I sit and I park really unnecessarily far away at work/stores so I have to walk a pretty good distance to get to where I'm going.

I also bring only healthy choices for lunches, that way I'm saving money because I don't end up running out for fast food, and I don't have the option to not eat right.
Also, I dance/twerk while I get ready in the AM, especially in the shower LOL

I try to bring healthy choices for lunch but I realize that I need to bring healthy choices that I don't mind eating. I'll bring everything I need for the day but then decide that I really want don't want to eat something that I brought so I will either not eat at all or go find something else to eat thats not so good but still M-F is when I do my best losing.

My favorite tip is when you walk to step forward using your heels rather than your toes. After walking quite a distance around campus I can really feel the work in my lower body and butt. I think after you get used to it and over time you will definitely see a change in your butt. Walking using my heels has helped to lift my butt a bit.

I just finished my lunch walk before I saw this and I was wondering what was the best way to walk. I will try this tomorrow. For some reason the bottom of my foot hurts sometimes when I walk so I know I'm doing something wrong.

I try to walk as much as I can. Not only does it keep my booty firm and lifted but it de-stresses me Smile

I stopped consuming red meat, soda and fruit juices with high fructose corn syrup. I thought the red meat would make my butt smaller but it has stayed the same. My gut is almost gone now that I have eliminated these foods.

When I go on the treadmill, I do intervals and make the incline the highest.

Idk how to twerk but dancing to dancehall music helps a lot with total body fitness Lol my headtops are getting better Embarrassed
