•Stomach vacuums all the time
• choose water and juice over soda
• healthy food instead of sugary stuff
• when i have junk food its only one cup or palm-of-your-hand sized portions
• no cigarettes, alcohol, limited caffeine
• when im feeling insecure, just pretend i am super hot :) it always works
•visualizing what i want, being optomistic, positive affirmations (singing hiphop songs in my head about having a big booty.... just try singing lyrics like "booty like a rhinocerous" "ma got a big ol ass and no stomach" 20x throughout the day and it sticks !)
•cardio everyday
•learn to twerk. I do it almost everyday for the past 3 years and have a rockin bod for someone whos lost over 100 lbs :-) and im surprisingly agile now too. Has introduced me to other kinds of dancing so i dont get bored working out everyday
