My legs seem to give in after just a few minutes of "trying" to twerk. Any advice on how to improve my endurance?

Any advice on how to improve my endurance?  | Do a lot of deep squats and lunges, try to get the fullest range of motion you can. Sitting in a squatting position helps a lot too. I honestly took a couple weeks off learning to twerk in the beginning, just so i could build up my leg muscles, its so key to this kind of dance! You would probably be fine doing any kind of leg strengthening workout, and after a few of those, it should be a lot easier to twerk.

I think to build endurance you should do like 4 sets of 20-30 reps of any kind of squat or lunge, its fine if you cant do them all at once, but try to work up to that point. As your muscles get more developed you can do harder workouts. More than anything, just try to get comfortable holding yourself up in a squatting position, like you are going to booty pop. Putting your hands on your knees or a chair/ wall in front of you will help get you started :-)

I swear learning how to twerk was probably THE most awkward looking thing lmao. I found that mastering getting one cheek to move independently from the other really helped when I was first getting the hang of it.
Stretching really helps too!

Thanks, Babygurl.  I am doing the Squat challenge right now (and some Jillian Michaels workouts - that lady is literally kicking my butt   ) I never knew that you need so much strength and endurance in your legs to twerk. That makes me admire all those lovely ladies who know how to twerk even more
