SMH...getting her
kids to go in on the chanting is a fail. If he really felt she was being
too much of an issue, he should have just called the cops. Security
guard doesn't equal POLICE. So, if a police officer chose to use a taser
or some kind of force to restrain her, that's one thing, but a security
guard?
That vid was confusing...all I saw was two wayward women
(one of them pregnant with the next of what looked like 5 kids between
her and her friend), children that are already on the path to failure,
and a store full of white shirts.
And the dude who got pissed at
the end, if that was his baby's mama...shouldn't he have come to her
defense a long time ago. Ratchet.
Nothing funny about that video.

yea but obviously as a security guard he was given that taser or do you think it was just in his back pocket for fun?

My
point is in a normal situation, the burden of proof is on a security
guard to explain why they used force. It doesn't apply so much in this
situation because from the surveilance camera on his vest or whatever,
she clearly was an aggressor, and sadly when you sound and act like
that, no judge/jury is going to give you the benefit of the doubt.
However, had he tased someone who wasn't caping hard for a bad black
stereotype, he'd have a lawsuit on his hands potentially. Now,
had he been a cop, the assumption would be that the cop felt threatened,
had to do something less than use a gun to subdue an aggressive person.
And the burden of proof would be on the WOMAN to prove that she wasn't
doing anything to incite violence. What training does the
security guard have to show that he knows how to properly discharge a
firearm or use a tazer? The fact that he verbally engaged her for as
long as he did is already a bit of a fail in a court of law. He should
have subdued the situation so that this vid wasn't 4 min. I guarantee
you cops wouldn't have played with her for 4 minutes. The minute she
hopped up in their face, her ass would have been arrested and we'd be
looking at her mug shots.

It was really hard to watch.
Those babies will need guidance. They will grown up learning her words and her ways. Damnit
But I don't like that he did that and especially how he did it in front of her children.
Just woah

yea but thats why im saying obviously the job gave him the taser so obviously he has been trained in how to use it, no? Secondly, how many times did she hit him? she was attacking him so how does it make sense that he shouldn't have used it on her? i mean if there was ever a situation where he was trained to use a taser, i'm sure that was it
