This was no accident

Yes, is very easy for someone to say you should've did this or that, but I was young, naive with a lot of self esteem issues, on top of me getting abused, that combination equals to not thinking straight....at all!

I've had to live with more than my share of guilt from that, but I thank God my son grew into the loving, smart young man he is now :) !!!

But yes, I wish I'd had the strength then that I have now to do the right thing.

That couldn't have been an accident. Doesn't gin have a smell? SMH he needs to be locked up.

So the father gave the baby a bottle of Enfa-gin and then left him with the baby sitter? Either unaware of the smell of gin or concerned that the baby sitter might smell the gin?

And the baby sitter, who noticed the child was having trouble breathing and was limp, but did not notice the smell of gin, or at least didn't mention it, took the baby to the hospital?

Where the doctors noticed the smell of gin and then checked the baby's blood alcohol levels?

Interesting....

People give babies alcohol to make them go to sleep/stop them from crying. Who is more likely to want a crying baby to go to sleep, the father who is leaving shortly or the baby sitter who is about to be there for several hours?

Now, I'm not saying the father didn't do it, but I'm  the hell out of that baby sitter.

Glad the baby is being cared for in a safer environment though.
