Why are they even in the same room together given the situation and why aren't the deputies in there with them. I'll be filing a law a claim against this court

look at his eyes in the mug shot. yeah men like him will really obey the order to stay away. woman needs to move state/change name and start again. if he gets the chance, he will kill her.

She's black. This is my city....crazy to see this all over the media. Just like the lady who married her dad and her whole family knew but didn't tell her he was.... Bus driver upper cut...weird to see NE Ohio all in the news. Lots of people in town are calling for her removal from the bench

This whole thing was shameful. If he did this in public, imagine what he has already done to her in private.

He should be serving time for attempted murder, because I bet he was trying to do just that.

I pray that she takes these 30 days and MOVE AWAY and/or find a domestic violence shelter because he is coming after her when free.

OUr justice system is a damn joke. rape, beatings, molestation, etc. they get away with a slap on the wrist. disgrace!

And our courthouse only has 2 deputies for the whole place. In interviews the sheriffs office said they don't have the budget to staff more and wont be. Will just look into procedure changes
