Meh. Im not saying it's right. It's actually quite trife. However, if they had a legal contract in place and he broke it, she has the right to sue.
Shoulda kept his mouth closed.

On September 12, 2011, Allred debuted in the court TV show We the People With Gloria Allred, a show using improv actors to reenact fictitious case scenarios.
and the worst thing was, the horrible actors made youtube vids saying " hey watch this clip of me on gloria's show, tell me what u think" b4 it even aired

The couple reached a settlement agreement in 2009 in which Ne-Yo coughed
up $575,000 to Jesseca, who in turn officially said the kid wasn't his.
Ne-Yo was originally listed on the birth certificate as the father, but
his name was later removed.
So why would he pay her 575 mill if the kid isn't his? Or was her paying community property or some something of the sort? I don't get it. very fishy.
