they will cancel each other out. Maca raises testosterone levels while saw palmetto lowers them. I think you can try them seperately.

That's actually incorrect (from what I've been learning).

MACA is an adaptogen, so it creates whatever hormones your body is lacking. In women, it will create more testosterone.

Taking SAW PALMETTO with it prevents the testosterone from being converted into DHT, which I believe is the bad hormone that creates masculine features and body hair. They do NOT cancel each other out, merely help balance each other, in ways.

I take Saw Palmetto with my Maca. That way I get the growth from maca, but the saw palmetto helps prevent the negative side effects that come along with it (for me, it gave me TERRIBLE acne all over). Saw Palmetto DOES NOT lower testosterone. It only prevents it from turning into bad stuff. :)

So, in disagreement with everything else that's been said here, I actually SUGGEST taking saw palmetto with maca.
Some girls do not notice any negative side effects from just maca, but if you do, definitely add maca.

I'm taking maca with my NBE herbs (which includes saw palmetto) and I am experiencing great breast and butt growth.

I meant to say if you're noticing negative side effects from maca, definitely add SAW PALMETTO.

My head is in the clouds right now. :/

I was reading lil_lisa say that its the testosterone in maca that causes the butt growth though through muscle.  So if maca creates testosterone in women and you cancel it out with saw palmetto what is left but a little bit of estrogen that the maca made?  Wouldn't it be better to just take a phytoestrogen instead?

Hey ladies. Yea i took maca and it made me breakout on my face. I would always notice when i stopped taking it, it would go away so i added saw palmetto with the maca and it worked out well. I still got my butt and hip growth with the maca and extra weight and clear skin with the saw palmetto. In correlation with a good diet and exercise.

Sow palmetto is for males I mean is it okay for us women to take?. You guys grew breasts or booty? I'd love to know which. I do not desire to grow bigger breast and luckily I haven't for months :). I grew a bigger butt with that horrible fish oil and maca and I wanna try that cream or mixture recommend on pg 12 with the wheat germ oil and yeast. Sounds too good. But yeah I don't wanna take a bs pill and get horrible side effects so ladies were all here for a common goal. Did SP work and in what ways?

did it work for you? I have a couple dimples in both thighs Cry
What's the best product to use for skin brushing? Every time I go to the store with the intention to buy it, I get out of there with nothing because I'm not sure which one is good!
