***SPOILERS***

Randall got killed by Shane (dude went Mortal Kombat and snapped his neck!) and since you revive as a walker after death, Randall got killed again but by Glen.

As for Shane, Rick and him finally showed down alone at night in a forest (it was a trap by Shane) and Shane planned to kill him.

Rick talked and was saying sweet nothings and in the middle of his monologue, BLAM! Shot Shane. Shane then revived as a Walker and Rick killed him again. Clap
