I had an AMAZING coarse yaki install last year that I absolutely loved, but the company apparently stopped selling it, so now i'm back to square one ...Anyways, I can't seem to find anything I like, so any suggestions ladies??? I need my hair done before the 23rd and have been dying to get some yaki hair back on my head!!! Here's some pics from my first yaki install so you guys have an idea of what i'm looking for...don't judge me some of them are random dorm pics that the hair just happened to look really nice in! LOL

Glamour House of Hair "Radiance"    (KS processed from Russian hair)

Ladies.....my search is over (fingers crossed)  this hair holds a curl and has less poof than any other KS I have tried.  It can easily go from blown out to bone straight.      The hair texture feels very spongy like my natural hair ...I think thats the reason that it holds curls so well.

Spencer, is the hair full, weft to tip? I purchased some hair that was very full at the weft, but the ends left much to be desired.

I still wear the HE kinky straight. It's my favorite texture and was my first "non BSS" purchase. My first batch of hair was used over and over for about a year. I have turned on a few people to HE. I even branched out and tried the "yaky straight" hoping it would be their version of a lite yaky. It SUCKED!!!!!! Tangled and crawled up my neck. I bleach bathed it and even let it drown in fabric softener overnight smh. I had my latest batch of KS cut into an angled bob. It was really nice but I hate taking the time to comb chase each strand of hair to get it bone straight. I am torn between ordering a kinky curly (since i'm natural again) or doing MORE kinky straight.

Mewantlonghair,

I have been contemplating cutting some KS to make an angled bob u-part. Did you find you needed to do a lot of maintenance to straighten it and keep the shape of the bob?

do you have any pics?

@natural essence: No more than the usual... I actually relaxed mine for 15 mins. Once for 5 mins then after that helped NONE I relaxed another 10 mins a couple of weeks later. I flat iron in tiny pieces using Super Skinny Serum and the comb chase method. It looked really REALISTIC. I have pics on my instagram "vinaythemrs". I will try to upload pics tomorrow no way to load them from an iphone huh? I don't feel like tinypic :(

Have you ever considered using a very coarse yaki for the bob instead of kinky straight? Im thinking of doing a bob soon and that is what I will use for it.
