^^ that is so helpful! I found that kc weave is more maintenance than my own hair too but blending makes it worth the while. One thing I am realizing is having kc on a upart seems like more tugging on just one perimeter braid when I detangle vs getting a sew in and having the pulling distributed thought all of my hair when detangling. Does that make sense? My upart kc wig is just killing my perimeter braid with the detangling

ladies,i just use some mixed silk element on some afo kinky curly that am trying to sell and it made the hair so soft but i read online that they are not selling it no more because the company had problem with mixed chicks.....do you have any dupe to recommend me??

Ok here's my first attempt at posting a pictures here. This is my new install of Kinky Curly hair, Ive been stalking all Kinky Curly threads and Youtube videos for the longest. At first I thought I'd go with Onyc then decided kinkycurlyyaki then ultimately decided to go with allaboutmyhair. The hair I think is gorgeous, I sealed it with mods, washed and conditioned before install and waa-laa. Ive spritzed in the morning and by noon it's massive, so I'll look up other ways to tame it.

^That's less coarse and has more defined curls than any other AAMH install I've ever seen.

Thank you lots! I used two full bundles of 16 & 18 I believe they were 4oz bundles each... I'l have to double check on that.

Does ONYC have good quality Kinky Curly hair? Also can I get away w/ 2 bundles of it for a U-Part?

I'm asking this because although, I've heard good things about it, I noticed that the price is cheaper. People on youtube videos have said they paided 100 for 1 bundle of 12 inch but now a 14 inch is 60 dollars!!! (Hopefully it still is when I get paid in 2 weeks!) 

I feel like maybe the quality has gone down... why else would they make it so much cheaper?

I was originally trying to find some KC on aliexpress that might last me a short while, and then I thought I'll just get some synthetic or human hair from the BSS if I can find any that resembles KC there for a u-part that might last at most, 2 months. 

But then I looked on ONYC and saw how cheap the hair was and thought, I'd rather by ONYC for 120 than buy 2 bundles on aliexpress that may come out to 100 before shipping and 130 afterwards... the ONYC is a better deal.
