id rather be like 125.

My sis is 5'4 and her doc wants her to be 120 and whenever she's over it (which is all the time) the doc tells her to lose however much it is to get back to 120. She was at her baddest in the 115 area. So 120 is about average for that height.

That's like a size 2 at her height.  Interesting that her doctor advocates that when the range for that height allows for about 15 pounds more than that.

lol that's not me having an attitude. it was a question which you can't really answer since i didn't say "need" or imply anything like that.  it was a commentary on the doctor and BMI health charts.

If she doesn't need it then it's dead weight. Extra layers of fat aren't needed in modern society.

5'4" 115 sounds really thin. I'm 5'1" and I felt really skinny at 115. I'm 122 now and I'm loving how my body looks but I guess muscle mass and all of that stuff comes in to play.

Nah I posted her pic. She was slim fine. That's not really thin. Not to sound saditty but I think black people have a warped idea of what "too thin" is.
