well technically I'm restarting working out (I hurt my back carrying something heavy around the house lol but I'm better now) but I do start off very light and then slowly increase the weight after a few weeks.

how heavy you lift isn't really the most important thing you know...it's about really feeling your muscles working and getting the form 1000% perfect.

one-legged exercises like long step reverse lunges and bulgarian squats can be as if not more effective than regular squats sometimes...I also love deadlifts...they're my favourite booty/hamstring exercise

How do I find time to work out? Haha.
Im about 5 4 and stay around 99 now nearing 100 the most ive seen is 109 and I was real constipated then I think my body looks alright super skinny but needs to be toned.
