^Thanks for correcting me! I wear Caramel and figured I'd go with a step that's the next shade. Wrong advice

P.S. I hated RC so much!

Yeah, I am not the biggest fan of Colorstay either.

The smell, the consistency, the colour choices.
I've only been using it lately to simply use it up and be done with it.

Yes cappuccino was way to red Im NC not NW & the oopa loompa look isn't what I'm going for.. I'm NC50/NC45 and Caramel combination/oily works fine for me.. It doesn't look dry and ashy I set it with my MSF in deep dark . But I will go back for the mahogany to try mixing it to see if that works as well.. Clap

^afrochick39, I don't know but I did a quick research and if you think you and the woman in the YT video have similar skin tones then you'd go for 'Spicy Brown' as she is demonstrating in the video and it seems to match her well.

Here's her blog and pics of her wearing the shade, spicy brown:

Swatches from CG site, as you can see the color difference:

Maybe someone else will chime in.

Me too Rumbera! I've been thinking the same thing lately. I seem to be right in the middle of NC45 and NC50, too. Sometimes when I apply MAC Studio Fix Fluid foundation in NC45 it seems a touch too light on my face. I dunno, but once I apply a powder that's darker it counteracts. But I feel like any foundation should mesh right in without trying. I'm lost

UPDATE: Spicy Brown is a great match, but not enough coverage for my imperfections (dark spots/acne scarring).Confused  I will be sticking to my Iman CTP foundation for now.Big smile However, I LOVE the pressed powder (Brown Bronze 2) as a cheaper alternate to MAC Mineralize SPF Foundation/loose Powder Deep Dark (not Medium Dark).Clap  The powder kept my shine at bay for about 6 hours today (before I washed it off) and looked really good on me.Star   My area Walgreens is currently selling the Queen Collection buy 1 get 50% off the 2nd.
