Okay ladies..list all of the foundation/powder shades that you use.  I'll start:
 
NW45 in MAC Studio Fix Powder and Concealer:
Warm Walnut 7.5 in Bobbi Brown Foundation
175 in HD MUFE foundation

Mac nw45 studio fix, 45 in the concealer and deep in the press powder.
I have a sample of MUFE 178 (i thought it was 175) but I don't think it's the right color for me.  Thank goodness it was a sample.

Does the concealor and the foundation have to be the same shade? I have NC45 foundation and NC50 concealor.

That depends on where you plan on using the concealer.  If you are using to conceal blemishes on the face, then yes, it would need to be the same as your complexion and/or your foundation.  If you are using it underneath the eyes, it is best to use a concealer that 1-2 shades lighter than your shade in foundation and/or your skin tone.
