I've been wanting to try out fake locs to see how it looks on me  but I've been told that it would actually loc my real hair underneath. Is this true? The whole idea for me is to try on the look, not get starter locs... Anyways they are beautiful. I saw a woman last week at the supermarket about 3 weeks ago and she had the most perfect locs I'd ever seen live. I just had to come up to her and compliment her.
