Look man, I just hate to see a chick with a laid weave, bad dress , nice shoes, nails and hair done...but walking round with raccoon eyes, acne scars, lipstick and eyeshadow. Shiit looks stupid.
If your skin isn't completely perfect, there is always room for improvement. If it is perfect, clap clap bravo.

when i first started going to my laser treatments, i'd ask myself why the hell am i paying this afghan lady to zap off my coochie hairs?
but i can't do the 'natural' thing. i ain't strong enough. i like the aesthetic but i'd be lying to myself if i didn't admit it's influenced by some learned insecurity.

i'm hoping i get over myself by the time i'm ready to have kids.
i feel it won't be enough to tell her not to listen to what anyone says and i can't live by it. i feel like kids can sense when they're parents are weak.
