Exfoliate then put on some lip balm. Lip gloss does NOT look good on chapped ashy lips... -___-

Makeup can do soooooo many things, not just cover scarred or inflamed skin.

No. They're clear, kinda glittery, and kind of look like little "push up" inserts.

I've only seen the ones with nipples that cover the whole boob in lingerie stores.
