I followed all the steps, only thing I missed was the avocado in my modified cherry lola treatment. I really wish I took some more b4 pics to better show my results, but I do have one of my wash n go from a couple of days ago.

My hair was still nice and curly this morning after only sleeping with a bonnet on (no pineapple or twist). I really didn't want to wash my hair, but I want to get through with these 7 days. Thank you sooo much for introducing this method pinkecube

Where do you buy clay wash on the ground? I finally have the ingredients except for that. Should I start anyway or wait until I have everything?

I'm just checking in to post a reply and say that I think I got all the products to start this!
(Gonna check to make sure though)
My hair has been so dry and a tangled mess lately, other than this I am unsure of what to try.
If it wasn't for my ripe banana I would start this tonight.
So I will probably start tomorrow since my banana is still very fresh. Lol.
I can't wait tbh!

Hi Naturaltash, thanks for posting pics! SmileBtw, how were your MHM version 2 results(danabnatural)? I think no matter which version of the method you're doing one important think to take away is having your hair sopping wet in the leave in step. Right after the clay step applying some leave in conditioner all over your head while it is soaking wet and even while water is running should help too. And just spray more water and add more leave in as you do steps 3 and 4. Don't worry it will take time, but it gets better and better.

@Naturaltash and @sexipink Giant pictures are appreciated, lol.LOL

Hi Journey, glad to hear you'll be starting the method! Smile I would wait until I have all the ingredient for the best results, but even if you started now it wouldn't take away from you, you just might not get as good results. Do you mean the bentonite clay powder for the mix, like aztec healing clay? That can be found at vitamin shoppe or Whole Foods. If you mean a ready-made clay wash, for the list of locations for Terresensials clay wash, go here: http://www.terressentials.com/stores.html

Tip about posting pics, you have to upload on a separate website first, then right click on what ever image and copy image location. Then on the reply page click the tree icon and paste the link. make sure https is only written once. On your desktop computer you can just directly copy and paste an image from another site and just paste it into the reply box.
