@Pinkecube has your hair been growing faster since starting this regimen?

Yes it has. I have noticed my hair retention is faster. My widow's peak is retaining length, by bald spot is retaining length faster. It grew from 2.5 inches to 4 inches in 2.5 months. I also have overall length retention. Like my hair is slightly below collarbone length now, where as before it barely touched my shoulder before. And the hair in the front area now touches my lip, where as before it was on the tip of my nose.

My edges are slicker than a babies bottom when I use any type of edge control.

Sugabanana i sent you a private message on an alternative regimen. It's called the Max Hydration Hair Growth and Bald Spot Recovery Regimen. Udo's also going to be making a free ebook out of it soon. It's ideal since you can't put gel on your hair since it's too short to be an effective sealant. Plus, you don't have to leave your hair out, and your new growth will grow out of your head with max hydration.

the bolded- is this only for naturals who have short hair?

hi iheartsmimi. Not necessarily. It it just convenient for those who have bald spots, or if their hair isn't long enough to put gel, since sealing in moisture is important, and you can't use gel on a bald spot. It's basically the Max hydration method, but adjusted to focus on hair growth.

Ok so im gonna do the cherry lola treatment tonight. I need to go to vitamin shoppe to get the liquid aminos.

I am confused on a couple of things

1. Will any greek yogurt work? Does it matter which brand?
2. does the apple cider need to be organic? I have some ACV but i don't think its organic
3. How the heck do you get 3/4 tbsp of a avocado? Isn't it a fruit? Do i slice it or something? LOL
4. What is unsulfured molasses? Will any molasses work?

Also I don't have a blender so can I just stir it up really good and will this treatment still work?

  1.  Any Greek yogurt will do
  2. most apple cider vinegar is organic. whats the brand name.
  3. LOLLOL Use a spoon. Moments like these crack me up
  4. Unsulfured molasses(it will say unsulfured):
"Unsulphured molasses is molasses that is made from sugar cane plants that have ripened naturally. Sulphured molasses is molasses from a much younger sugar cane that is unripe and to which sulfur dioxide is added to ripen it and as a preservative. Sulfur is not particularly good for humans and some people are actually allergic to sulfur dioxide. Naturally ripened sugar cane produces molasses that is considered a better and safer health choice than sulphured molasses."

Yes you can stir it up, that's how i did it the first time. Blending just makes it easier.

@Aharri23

this is the blackstrap i buy. I take it as a supplement also. Significant source of calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium and selenium. Hair health starts from the inside!

And you cant go wrong with braggs acv. It's a household staple. I take a few tablespoons daily. It keeps the colds away..

Hey y'all. Thanks for the suggestions. I got most of the products at vitamin shoppe for pretty cheap. I have the cherry lola treatment in my hair as we speak

First off it was quite an experience doing this the first time. I didn't know what to do with the avocado so i sliced it in half and took the green stuff out (3/4 tbsp) since I didnt have a blender I did the best I could to mix the ingredients but there were some clumps in my mixture

pinkie my hair is short so I only used like 1/6 of my mixture, I put it in the fridge is this ok?

Oh lord lol I hope this cherry lola works!
