Sugabanana It isn't complete, but Here are some the problems.
There are several that may be working in combination against you (will
edit and add more info and highlighations tomorrow) I will be bolding problem ingredients in green, info in blue. Ur Curly quinoa conditioner Water,
Cetearyl Alcohol, Peg-40 Hydrogenated, Castor Oil, Stearalkonium
Chloride, Hydrolyzed Quinoa, Glycerin, Polyquaternium-10, DMDM
Hydantoin, Menthol, Leaf Oil, Crambe, Abyssinica Seed Oil (Abyssinian
Oil), Fragrance, Aloe, Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Lavandula Angustifolia
(Lavender), Flower/Leaf/Stern Extract, lodopropynl Butylcarbarrate.
Peg-40 Hydrogenated
http://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ingredient/704597/PEG-40_HYDROGENATED_CASTOR_OIL/
Hydrolyzed Quinoa=
denatured protein. Hydrolyzed Protein= denatured protein. Hydrolyzed
ect version of protein in any gel is denatured. most uncertafiably
organic or botanical gels that contain hydrolyzed proteins are heated,
denaturing the protein unless glycerin is present(this applies only to
water-based product). Or denaturing the protein first and then adding
it.
GlycerinStearalkonium
Chloride
http://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ingredient/706279/STEARALKONIUM_CHLORIDE/
"They do not form films as stiff as those formed by polyquat-4 or
polyquat-11, which means they give a softer hold, but are more
susceptible to not retaining the style or curl. They are somewhat more
prone to build-up than polyquat-4." http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlreading/curl-products/all-about-another-hard-to-pronounce-ingredient/
Camille Rose Naturals Moisture Milk Water,
Cetearyl Alcohol, Peg-40 Hydrogenated, Castor Oil( a thick emollient and humectant, relevant b/c high up on the list. Will be pretty drying in the winter), Stearalkonium
Chloride(quaturnery ammonium salt), Hydrolyzed Quinoa, Glycerin, Polyquaternium-10, DMDM
Hydantoin, Menthol, Leaf Oil, Crambe, Abyssinica Seed Oil (Abyssinian
Oil), Fragrance, Aloe, Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Lavandula Angustifolia
(Lavender), Flower/Leaf/Stern Extract, lodopropynl Butylcarbarrate.
counting the number of humectants there are glycerin, castor oil, hydrogenated castor oil, and aloe juice-- your hair will feel like a bristle sponge during the winter and dry climates and environments if you use these many humectants.
Camilee Rose Algae Renew Deep Conditioner
Ingredients: Deoinized
water, aloe vera juice, butyrospermum parkii(shea)butter, cocos
nucifera (coconut oil), behentrimonium methosulfate (BTMS) cetyl
alcohol, theobroma cacao (cocoa)butter, mangifera indica(mango)seed
butter, cannabis sativa(hemp) seed oil, di panthenol, mel(manuka)honey,
vegetable glycerin, camellia sinensis )green tea) extract, simmondsia
chinensia(jojoba) seed oil, rosa canina(rose hip) fruit oil, bitis
vinifera(grape)seed oil, oenothera biennis(evening primrose)
oil, phenoxyethanol and capryly glycol(optiphen), blue green algae,
dimethyl sulfone (msm), biotin, tocopheryl acetate(vitamin E), mentha
piperita (peppermint)oil, scent and LOVE! capryly glycol- drying humectifying alcohol preservative contributes to dryness in combination with everything else
shea
butter can not be this high on the list, it is a heavy emollient, prone
to build up and a triglyceride, aka anti humectant. Will make the hair
feel as dry and hard as coconut oil does in the winter.
4 Naturals curl craze lotion ngredients:

Tressemme naturals w/Aloe vera and avocado Nourishing Moisture Conditioner
IngredientsWater,

Oil (Organic), Citric Acid, Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Aloe Vera (Aloe
Barbadensis) Leaf Juice (Organic) the only tresseme naturals product i recommend is tresseme naturals radiant volume conditioner, the one with out the added orange, because it has a drying formula. the one you want to get if at all, because there are better cheaper ones, should have these ingredients:
Water (Aqua); Cetearyl Alcohol; Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine;
Behentrimonium Chloride(quaternary salt too high on list); Brassica Campestris/Aleurites Fordi Oil
Copolymer; Cymbopogon Schoenanthus Extract; Citrus Aurantium Dulcis

I'm sorry i fell behind on your question about acv. I actually have notes typed up but they need to be organized and edited before i post my reply. In short though, ACV will not dry out the hair, so long as you pair it with options steam, ghe and deep condition in step two, to reopen the cuticle. Ingredients: Deionized Water , Cocos Nucifera Oil (Coconut) , Butyrospermum Parkii
(Shea Butter) , Mangfera Indica Seed Butter (Mango) , Persea Gratissima
Oil (Avocado) , African Black Soap Extract , Sea Salt , Cetyl Esters(wax) ,
Kaolin Clay , Grapeseed Oil , Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil (Jojoba) ,
Behentrimonium Chloride (Conditioner) , Salicylic Acid , Salix Alba Bark
Extract (Willow) , Melia Azadirachta Seed Oil (Neem) , Melaleuca
Alternifolia Leaf Oil (Tea Tree) , Sorbitol Esters , Aloe Vera Leaf
Juice , Tocopherol (Vitamin E) , Rosemary Extract , Salvia Officinalis
Extract (Sage) , Plantain Extract , Lonicera Caprifolium Flower and
Lonicera Japonica Flower Extract (Honeysuckle and Japanese Honeysuckle) There are WAAAY too many heavy emulsifying ingredients before the actual kaolin clay, meaning it's detoxing properties will be disrupted. this is one of the many problems with sheamoisture products, they are just to greasy. If you can find a plain organic powder version of pure kaolin clay, it will work. http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=270835487314 If you are searching for convenience, get an empty 32 oz shampoo bottle and pour the ingredients of mix in there, then shake. Every time the clay settles, shake it before use. This will help so you do not have to make the clay mixture everyday, and should last for at least 5 days of constant use. Clay never expires by the way. There are also some as cheap and last, $5-6 dollars For a pound when i double checked. will also have to correct my reply to sugabana

when i buy a conditioner using this method, so long as it doesnt contain any drying factors, i am able to effectively use it as my leave in, my cowash, my bakingsoda mixture, my deep conditioning treatment. I do not recommend unnecessary buying of several products that function the same way. Now, i even water down my conditioner in a separate application bottle for each step. This helps it last longer. The products are also ph balanced, and thick. the most ph balanced and thick conditioner i find are kckt and after that rader joes. When i do my bakingsoda step i am able to water it down quite a lot because of the fact it gets foamy not watery which makes it stay thick yet easier to spread than before watering it down. This also helps me because i find no need to respritz my hair with water as im styling.

The following does not apply to maximumly hydrated hair:
fine strand low porosity VS Thick strand low porosity
Fine strand upsides
Easier for moisture to penetrate to hair cortext, once cuticles are opened
Easier to straighten and stretch
Fine strand disadvantages
Easier for set styles and curly styles to get flattened matted and smushed
Easier to revert and frizz from straightening and stretch
Fragile due to limited protective cuticle layers
Difficulty retaining length
Prone to split ends
Easy to weigh down and break with build up
No weight to the strands to form hangtime, which causes strands to curl and loop around on themselves, resulting in single strand knots
Absorbs delipatory substances faster
Thick strand upsides
Resistance to reverting
Resistant to delipatory substance absorption due to high number of cuticle layers
Easier to retain length. For example see naptural85(not sure of her porosity though.)
Resistant to breakage and split ends
Resistance to effects of humectants in dry climates
Natural hangtime due to more weight of hair cuticle
Thick strand low porosity down sides
Resistance to moisture penetration into the cortex, resulting in frizz which causes split ends
Resistence to straightening, must use higher heat more passes and less heat protectant for best results. Risky for heat damage
Resistance to stretching, or at least not as easy to stretch as fine hair
Does not feel soft when wet, or takes longer to feel soft when wet
Resistance to humectants in humid climates.
Note i do not consider elasticity a hair type or frizz a hair type, as i believe they are a direct result of moisture retention in the hair cortex. All hair types have cortexes and cuticles and they all have the ability to open and close at the base of it all.
