About 3 weeks into this method. I seriously can't remember the last time I had a single strand knot or split end. Also when I detangle little to no hair comes out

Oh yeah!Thumbs Up Just watch, you're gonna start seeing visible retained length soon.

Btw guys I have done another wash and go on my friend from last time. I will try and post those pictures some time this week. Doing the whole method on his hair gave way awesome results. I also took pictures of my wash and go today. It's like every time i do my hair, the results turn out better and better. And each time i see my hair product free, more and more hair is getting root to tip definition. I will post those pics some time this week as well or maybe next week after the faq is completed. I may try and post one picture today though, just so u guys can see how awesome it came out.

Updated wash and go pic. Definite defintion improvement, and I saw more 4c hairs show maximum hydration (root to tip defined)when my hair was product free. My hair also had a lot of shine today

nape (4a) is showing shine

Hey pinkcube, could you give me a brief description of the purpose of the cherry lola reatment or direct me to a good source? It it moisturizing? Clarifying? Protein infused? etc? I've heard about it but I still don't know what it is.

The purpose of the cherry lola treatment is to temporarily lift the cuticle so moisture can get in, this is especially important for low porosity hair. The yogurt also makes it a mild protein treamtent.

My modified treatment combines the conditioning effect of the caramel treatment and this treatment, btw.

ITA. I said in another thread that many people have a poor understanding of 3c and are basically using it as a cop out.

The treatment will not change the texture or break bonds in the hair. The changes are in tie with the natural behavior of the cuticle, opening and closing. So just like rinsing your hair with hot/warm water does not change the texture, neither will this. When the cuticle opens, it is temporary. Then you take advantage by deep conditioning afterward, because now your cuticles are open to absorbing the moisture in to the cortex. This retained moisture=better curl definition, not looser curls. Although curls may clump into bigger sections, due to added weight, and also depending on your hair length.
