Hi everyone. I am new to this site and I'm excited to post my first message. Hope to get some love from you guys I started the MHM the day before yesterday (skipped the cherry lola step) but I've already noticed improvements with my hair holding moisture. It still has a way to go though because I do still have frizz. When did you notice the frizz starting to die down and the curls beginning to clump more from root to tip?
I am planning to do a challenge if 1 month straight completing each step everyday! Wish me luck! Lol x

For* not if. And also I forgot to mention. Right now my hair seems fragile at the ends (even though I got it professionally trimmed 2 weeks ago) and it's knotting together quite easily. I'm hoping the more hydrated my hair gets, the less this will happen? And also I find myself trying to detangle while styling (step 4 and 5) which I feel could be causing more knots, by the way I detangle like I'm supposed to in step 2 but still feel that by step 4 my hair gets knotty. should I just concentrate on applying the product rather than making sure my hair is fully detangled at that point?

Welcome to the forum!
The frizz will subside as the time goes on. I still have very little frizz and I've been doing this method since July I think. I'm still working towards maximum hydration. Many of my strands clump from root to tip now. Not quit there all the way but my hair is 1000 times better than what it use to be. It would probably be further along if I stuck to doing the method every 3 days but I just don't have the time. My advise to you is to stick to the instructions as closely as possible because that will yield the greatest results.

What I do is detangle during step to and twist each section after detangling. When I move on to step three my hair is still detangled because of the twists. When you're putting in the clay you should also be smoothing it through each section. By the time I rinse out the clay my hair is pretty much tangle free.

Thank you so much. I can't wait to get those clumps. My hair actually looks amazing today, I have so many more curls and clumps with the product in my hair and it's holding so much moisture and shine. Did you start with the full regimen everyday for the first 7 days then do it every 3 days or how did you do it? Can you send pics of your hair too?

Yea last night I put twists in my hair after the conditioning step and this morning there was less knots and tangles. I think it's because my hair was being smooshed under the plastic cap. I will try to be more gentle with the clay step and smooth it rather than rake my fingers through

Just out of curiosity, I wanted to know, who is the first person to design this MHM was it aketafitgirl Or pinkecube? I ask because I watched Aketafitgirl doing her regimen and she made no mention of getting it from pinkecube and I wondered why she didn't give her the credit for it and I have also noticed that pinkecube has referred to Aketafitgirl quite a bit. Anyway I'm just wondering...
