Well so far nothing I've been takin them for about a month now and I haven't seen a difference yet but I read a girl who posted on here her name is lilbralady or something like that she said she took some maca brrand name amermed and she saw results fast I think ima try that one

For me its working! I used NaturesWay brand and it worked for me! I guess everyones different though.

well, I am using amermed too and I haven't see much difference. Only recently I noticed an half an inch growth on my butt. I bought it directly from their website and it took about 3-4 days to arrive. Buy only one bottle to be safe. But many girls wrote on here about Natrol Maca, look it up and you'll find many testimonials about it.

I want to start using the fish oil next month. How many should I rub on each cheek? And How many mg's should the fish oil be? Thanks in advance for any advice/info!

I'm gonna be starting my weight gain/bigger booty challenge next month in January 2013. I will be taking AmerMed Maca Root Supplements (i will purchase them from amazon) in addition to eating tons of calories (healthy meals only), doing a few booty exercises throughout the week, and drinking protein shakes. check out the fish oil threads...there is several up. it should be two capsules of fish oil per butt check and then you wrap yourself with saran wrap

click on search, then advanced search, type what you are looking for and then click on the right to look on the old threads, not the ones from past week.
I haven't read in here about soy milk but I read once somewhere else that soy milk makes breasts bigger but I doubt it since Asian women in Asia drink that instead of regular milk....

Ok thanks! Soy increases estrogen, idk about asians, but for many woman it worked. I also read this article:

I think I'm going to try the amermed brand to see if that works better the maca powder I used seems like it got me a gut my tummy wasn't lookin like this idk if its because I never worked out while takin maca & protein shakes but ill see how this new brand works
