I'm pretty sure I was taking 2 pills a day. I hope you guys see results too! I think it may have worked well for me so fast because I have always gained weight the fastest and easiest on my butt and thighs. I was impressed with the AmerMed brand since it worked so well and it was also so inexpensive

Im so buying the AmerMed maca brand i was gonna go for Natrol maca but after Libralady had great results in but growth in juss 2wks i have to get the Amermed maca! cant wait!  |

I know i sound like a dummie, but whats with all the different brands, do they each contain different ingredients? I know about raw and gelantinized maca, but these other new ones that keep popping up, its confusing.

Idk much about maca but i do know it helps you gain weight and some of the macas gives you diffrent symptoms to your body like cramps,gas, hunger Etc....& the maca that I know of have 500mg per pill too 1000 mg per pill... and i just found out that amermed maca has 2400mg per pill ...sooo from what i see this is why i am going to start taking amermed maca....more Mg= more weight gain

Some brands have some extra ingredients on the pill - and that can be good or bad. Natrol has another 2 or 3 ingredients listed besides maca root, but I read on the other maca thread that a lot of girls had results with that one. I once read in here that gelatinized maca means the purest. I'm currently taking gelatinized powdered maca, it tastes gross and I haven't gained an inch.

I don't know what maltodextrin is nor do I know if amermed or natrol maca is better, but you guys can just click on SEARCH above, click on advance search and then look up old threads with natrol maca amermed maca or the ingredient maltrodextin.
I am sure all that was already discussed on BHM.
I read good reviews on here for natrol and amermed but I just bought amermed maca and I'm receiving it tomorrow so I can't post my own opinion yet.
I gained only half an inch taking magic maca and nothing so far taking the disgusting navitas gelatinized powdered maca.

I tried raw maca, navistas it didn't do anything but give me bad dreams, gelantinized maca made me gain belly weight..amermed sounds interesting...
I'm just looking for balance, and no belly weight..
time to research these brands...
