Yes. I've been taking Natures Way Capsules 525 mg inconsistently for 3 months now since September. I've only gotten wider thighs. I haven't really grown on my booty or gotten wider in the hips.... My measurements are 34-24-27 & 35 on the widest part of my butt. I also work out along with taking the pills.

*random observation*

i was reading thru some old threads and came across one where GoGirlAnime (you can read about her in the "best butt advice i've ever gotten thread") posted her reg which included 10g of maca a day *shocked face*. Lol so for those of us who have seen her pics it was kinda awkward..... But i think this goes to show its totally healthy to take that much maca, and maybe it even contributed to her claim of gaining like 15 inches in 6 months or w/e o.o but mostly i just think its interesting to find all these reputable sources of ppl taking 10g+ maca daily and getting real growth.



Im 2 weeks deep into my maca reg and have gained .5 inches on my hip (putting me at 42" omfgggggwtfbbqomg) but i think its more b/c of WT, im excited to see if it sticks :)))))))))))

This sh*t WORKS

My routine:

2 maca/ protein shakes with about 5-6g maca in each shake
300-600mg hops at night
300 mcg bition
multivitamin
lots of protein-rich food
cut down on nightime eating
force myself to eat more during day to avoid nighttime eating and fatigue
Im doing less cardio :)

i do this workout 3x a week for 2 weeks
Squats and lunges to warm up legs
3 sets of 12 sumo squats with 40 and 60 lbs
3 sets of 12 side lunges each side with 40 and 60 lbs

..... B O N U S workout that makes me want to cry .....

Kim K butt in 4 minutes youtube workout by Nowloss.com with added weight

* i have a protein shake within 15 minutes of the workout, with around 75-100 grams in just protein powder, i also include milk, yogurt, and peanut butter so its probably more like 125g.*

That thread went out of its course Cry, I took a look some time ago. But that girl actually looked kinda fat to me or maybe she just didn't work her abs and arms....
The link that I posted as soon as I signed up on this forum, has the testimonial of  a woman who was taking a tablespoon of maca a day (which someone said in here that is equal to 12.5g of maca) and she gained 4 inches in less than a month.
I have gained half an inch in a week but the growth seemed to have stopped Ouch
I gained 4lbs with maca so far Star

I only saw this post now...thanks but I don't like seaweed. What I do is that I mix a tablespoon of maca with one and half or two of plain yogurt and time myself to eat it in 1 minute.
I usually have to eat two tablespoons of this mix because I was unable to it all in one tablespoon.

My maca is already half of the bottle and I'm not seeing much difference. Perhaps the maca magic tablets were better for me than the gelatinized powder maca.....

Found something cool about maca, progesterone cream and breast growth

this is what Dr. William Wong suggests,

lol! My first thought is that Is a lot of tablespoons. Back to reality: Maca is actually a food like radish is. However, since I'm not in Peru where maca grows freely, I can't afford 3-6 tbsp. I'll just stick to my 1 tablespoon daily.
