^no, you misunderstood her; exactly because it is PURE maca that will be better. the less ingredients, the better it works. plus, you know exactly what you are putting into your body.
measure yourself and write down your measurements so you'll be able to know how much you grew by taking maca. measure yourself again in a week or 2 weeks or a month from now or whenever you feel like it!

Ok I just didn't understand because when I said wat brand I bouht etc etc someone said it will take longer to grow but I dnt have measuring tape but I will get sum how many times a day should I drink the maca so far I just do it once a day

everybody does different; read the thread to have an idea what other girls did.
I only have maca once a day. One girl had 5 times a day. You choose. I don't know how fast it will work for you and how much you should take.

I started today on the gelatinized powder maca and man, I wanted to spit it all out! It smells like burned food (still trying to figure out WHICH food) and it tastes bad, just bad. I don't know how I'm going to keep up with a tablespoon a day

Place the powder onto a a sheet of nori Seaweed,wet it & swallow it like a small bolus of food

My maca powder doesn't taste bad or smell bad its maybe because of the brand I have the smell is different but its not like omg its bad lol
