take the NAVITAS brand take the GELATINIZED POWDER, 1 tablespoon a day

Ok, I don't know WHY my signature isn't showing but I want to talk about what MACA has done for me so far:

I started with maca last Monday, November 5th. I never gain weight since I'm very active. So I was super duper happy when I discovered on Saturday the 10th that I had gained 3 pounds! I was doing exactly the same stuff at the gym, except that on Wednesday I started doing squats.

My measurements were 32C-24-35 (fullest part of butt; 32 on hip bone). My thigh was 18 1/2 inches.
Today, I measured myself. Good news and bad news: my thigh is now 19" , my butt increased half an inch but my waist went up to 25" !!!!!

I called vitamin shoppe they only had the pills :( :(
