Thanks for the support, also I've been going to the gym and I thinking since Steam gently loosens the skin an opens pores, if I put fish oil and VE while in the sauna will that help it seep in faster.

Yes, that is true about steam but I think that will stink up the whole sauna. What you can do is take a hit shower or bath at home and rub the fish oil as soon as you turn off the water and are still in the tub. The cold air wil then ” lock in” the oil. [/QUOTE]

MACA Update...
Ok, so I'm sitting here waiting on my iCloud backup, felt a lil 'pekish', like I would go for a snack, so I decided on a protein shake (yes, at this hour) and I added a couple of MACA capsules (yes, I was feeling extra too). Since the lil bit of powder from the capsules was just there on top before I mixed, I took a taste...and I really liked it! I was curious since there are so many comments about its 'deathly horrible' taste, but not to me. Maybe it's just THIS particular brand? Maybe it's me? To all you Jamaican ladies, even other West Indian ladies too, you remember this dusty snack/powder called "asham"? That's what it tastes like to me!
Oh and by the way, I upped my dosage to THREE capsules today (Sunday's my week mark)...so that's why I said I was feeling "extra" with those two additional capsules just now! All the nightmares/vivid dreams comments are now coming back to me as I type...we'll see what happens
The fullness/'ill stick out' is steadily creeping up on my butt though.

I found you guys yesterday and I was so excited to read about butt growth that I already bought my maca!
I bought the Maca Magic Express Energy brand. I took yesterday night 4 pills (2000mg combined) and didn't have any issues.
I have been lifting weights at the gym for the past 7 months, recently started squatting, but I was hoping to grow some booty NOW!
I read on the breastnexus forum some girl called waxingmoon who took a tablespoon of maca gelatinized powder and grew 4 inches of her butt in less than a month.

@buildingmybod i have tried one brand of powdered maca and loved the taste of it protein shakes too :) ! the bottle even says it can be added to cookies and cereal. Is yours sort of peanut-buttery tasting?
