I did it! After...maybe a couple months of lurking, researching, and contemplating, I not only decided to join all you body-loving ladies on here, but I started my regimen too! First off, thank you to Emily Loretta, and Baby Lisa for all their detailed info and well-researched posts. There are quite a few of you whose info/posts stick out in my brain, but those two names stand out because I copied, saved, and bookmarked so much info from those two, so thanks. I'm 5'9", 170 (give or take, but for some reason I still look skinny), 34DD (deflated since having my 1st baby 2yrs ago), 31, 41 (these were my measurements before I started my regimen). I've had nice, natural, buxomly boobs for quite some time, never ever had hips (lol, this changed just a little after my baby, nothing noticeable to hardly anyone but me though), and a barely there butt, with thick thighs. So to sum my body up, I'm tall and slim with big boobs and thick thighs. Recently I started paying attention to how different and less comfortable I feel about my body now after my baby, and started looking into a BBL. I want to do something I've never done, and have something I've never had, a bombshell hourglass figure! I became a lurker on MMH and RS, for all you ladies who know...YOU KNOW how crazy some of those other ladies' bodies are, how flawless some of the results are, etc. So I was looking into that, leaning toward Dr. Yily, to be exact, but somewhere, somehow (and I honestly don't remember where or how) I read one of the many comments/google searches, something where someone mentioned MACA...and that turned my world upside down! Haha Surgery was out, Herbs were in! I've read everything! So to make a long story short... Below is what I'm taking now, but not my entire regimen. I plan on following Baby Lisa's recommendation to try to balance your hormones for 3 months first, before you add any other herbs/supplements.
MACA - Paradise Herbs Gold Maca (one of the most potent, raw Maca available) This is my second week on it; started out with 1 capsule the first week, now I take two, next week I want to take three... It did make me gassy the first few days, and crazy bloated (though it was the first few days of my cycle, it definitely added a lot to it, my stomach's not as flat as before it) I am going to fix it though, because guess what, I ordered gelatinized black MACA! Now that should be some good stuff. If you guys know about the potency/attributes of the different colors of MACA, then imagine not only gelatinized, but black gelatinized. Looking forward to that...
Maxi Hair Skin and Nails - Country Garden Life (if you know about HairFinity, this stuff is basically the same exact thing for less)
MSM - Doctor's Best (adds to the healthy hair, skin and nails, though I'm reconsidering this one since the above has a good dose of MSM already)
Centrum Multivitamin
As far as oils and 'other stuff', I use JBCO, Virgin Coconut Oil, take Flaxseeds, drink soy milk, my dry brush gets delivered tomorrow, I also bought Ainterol PM, SP, Fenugreek, and EPO as part of my regimen. So right now, I'm holding off on all these...while paying attention to my body in the MACA "introductory phase".
Results, Results, Results! & guess what, I have them! Like I said, it's been 2weeks alone, and my butt is heavier and meatier! (I'm laughing at the fact I just used those words, because I used to be so confused trying to figure out what other ladies meant when they wrote that) And oh yeah, I now know what your butt being "deeper" means too! It's so amazing that its actually working like this already, and I'm NOT doing any exercises either. So I can't imagine what it's going to be like when I start that part of the regimen. My boobs are a lil heavier too, but that's a different feeling because its like they're pulling, hm. I have my before measurements and pictures, but I REFUSE to keep checking, looking, waiting, torturing myself for those results, I'm going to try my hardest to wait at least the 2 month mark to document any growth and changes. For now, it's all in the look and feel, you gotta know your body!
I'm probably writing too much now, but I just wanted to start out with a good, "this is the reason I'm on here" post. Feel free to ask any and all questions, add corrections, give opinions, all that good stuff. Here's to us building our bodies ladies...
