The MACA Root users

No I haven't had any side effects lately, and I was worried it had stopped working that y I increased to 6. But now I only feel tingling in my boobs lol.. And yea ik I gained at least a inch in.my back side...but I lost my tape measure so I dont know how much I gained or lost since increasing

I haven't posted in a few weeks here but I'm on YouTube updating my changes there if anyone is interested in following along. I'm still taking Now brand Maca capsules (2000mg/day) and just bought a maca powder from Whole Foods yesterday that I may be switching to. My username on YouTube is "sneakerfreakerchick" but you can find me easily by typing in "weight gain with Esme" in the YouTube search bar. My name shows up as Esmé de la Rosa but the first two videos should be mine.

And just FYI - you can't really take too much Maca because it's a FOOD. Think of it as a giant turnip - they're closely related. It's called a superfood for a reason! Don't think of it as an herb because it's honestly not. I'm definitely not saying to take as much as you can but just know you're basically ingesting a ground up vegetable.

Also, Maca doesn't just give you weight where you want it. At least, not for my body! It helps you build muscle so that's why it's important to work out regularly as well. I read a lot of athletes use it for that purpose too. I thought if I just ate more and popped some Maca I would see growth in my body and that's so untrue for me!! It could also be because I have a high metabolism but I'm still trying to gain weight and I won't have a real answer until I get to my goal weight! Anyway, bye! Lol.

How long have u been taking Maca?

I've been taking Maca for little over 2 months - since December 1st, 2012.
