The MACA Root users

I quit maca a month ago.
I used it from early November to mid December with no results. When I first started with maca magic tablets, I gained 0.5" on my butt and I thought it was the maca (it could have been or maybe it was the cytogainer shake I was taking or both combined). I also gained 4lbs in November, and I was really excited.
I switched to Navitas maca powder - that thing was disgusting but I took 2 tablespoons a day. No results. Then I switched to the maca that supposedly had the highest concentration of maca: amermed. No results.

I quit and now I doing fish oil and gaining weight. It has been working for me.

Lots of girls gained inches taking navitas maca, armed or natrol maca; those were the brands most discussed in this forum (especially natrol) so, if your body is responding positively to maca, keep taking it!

If not, there are other options; just look at the forum
