The MACA Root users

I've been taking Now brand Maca for almost two months [started out 1 a day, currently at 3 a day] and I can honestly say I don't feel it's "working" like it seemed to be when I first started. I even took a break [4 weeks on, 1 week off like some advised here]. When I first started popping the pills  I was more hungry, energized when I woke up and slept better. Now I feel the exact same before I started taking Maca. I haven't gained any weight/inches anywhere either. I read that this brand is usually hit or miss and so far - I'm missing. I plan on finishing the rest of my bottle before I try the Natrol brand. So hopefully I will see something happening after I increase my dosage to 4 a day!

Also, start the first day of your cycle. I took mine in between cycles and it pushed my next one off for 2 weeks.

Anyways I would loove to take 1 pill and be done for the day so when i finish natures way im gonna try it and if it dnt work..then its back to natures way!

Hi!  I'm new to this forum.  But I've been taking 500mg of both Maca Root (NOW brand) and Pueraria Mirifica for 7 days and have had:  VERY strange dreams, cystic acne (the big painful pimples that leave really dark marks, ugh), gas and sleepiness.  However, all of those unpleasant things have started to finally pass, yesss!  Tea tree oil applied directly to the pimples helped a lot and there have not been any new ones. 

Some ladies on here said they clean thereselves out sometimes....Do anyone know what or when they did it??

 hi ladies  i know maca will make you fertile( no more babies dis way ).....well my tubes have been tied, clipped ,and burned  for 3yrs and 6 mths and i was wondering could i still get pregant in my tubes from maca? ....  are do you no someone  who has got pregant even though their tubes are tied off maca or any other fertile herb a friened of mines got pregent after 17 yrs and her tubes were tied and she was'nt taking any herbs at all  ...... please help ladies
