Does anybody know like...hmmmmConfused....like some people clean thereselves out while takin maca to get better results i think ....how do i do that without messin wit my maca effects...i hope sum1 understands me cuz to me it seem like im makin no sense at all...LOL

I took a break from maca but ive been on it for a total of 2 months..i gained .5 inch in my booty and hips.

I started takin maca again cuz im back on my weight gain journey and i noticed that I've gained .5 in my belly. idk if its permanent or jus bloating..i'll check my measurements in the morning..

Its really weird cuz when I was on those hc shakes and maca..i was gettin bloated but i was gaining booty.

Now I'm eatin somewhat healthy and takin maca and still getting tummy?

Oh noo..i did have a few alcoholic beverages yesterday

I think its cuz macas purpose is to help u gain weight all over.

Ugh i got this love hate thing goin on with maca..

Gonna stop usin it for awhile.. i might start it up again once i reach my goal weight.

I've been bloated, gassy, & seeing an increase in my tummy sticking out since i started taking maca. What is a hc shake? Also, have u been working out at all?
