Carlos Estevez gets a pass, the rest of them are coons. Howina hell you get Bobby out of Piyush and Ted out of Rafael?

Rafael isn't hard to say, and if he just needed a 100% white sounding name for introductory purposes, it doesn't get much whiter than Edward.

Piyush may be difficult, but both Pi and Yush are rather easy. And Piyush doesn't even look difficult to say. Unless it sounds like Pee aye wie ewe ess haetch, then he just a sellout.

I think Carlos Estavez changed his name for the same reason his father, Martin Sheen (Estavez) changed his--to find work. I believe Martin Sheen identifies as Latino. He said back in the day, if he didn't change it, they wouldn't hire him for acting jobs. Interesting that Carlos's brother, Emilio, never changed his name. The only really famous roles he's has was Billy the Kid in Young Guns and the jock in The Breakfast Club.

my name is very difficult to pronounce. i don't have time to teach every person i know to say it properly and i'd rather not hear them butcher it. that's why i go by my nickname professionally. different strokes for different folks.

But you didn't pick your name.....your parents pick it for you. If you were given the chance at birth pick your name it might not be what they picked...
