i dont see an issue with her heels... 
if she werent pregnant she'd wear heels walking to the garbage can outside probably (i doubt she takes her own trash out but you know what i mean) 
just cus shes preggo doesnt mean she should wear flats or change up her typical shoes imo.

pregnancy makes your center of gravity change, and you have balance issues. plus your feet swell. she should really be wearing lower heels. i would be concerned about her wearing such high heels, b/c she could fall. but i guess 4 inches are low for her? idk.

why is duane martin there? that is so random

I think it's weird for rich people to tour impoverished areas like it's some type of ghetto safari. Hopefully there was some community service involved that wasn't captured on film
