This. Kim hasn't had that much cosmetic work done (face wise). She just wears a sh*tload of makeup and can afford better makeup artists.

she looks more polished than before i guess. before she looked oily, hairy, and ordinary. no she's more refined. Its not just the makeup, its definitely surgery,but done very well. because even without makeup she looks enhanced

Cheeks, nose and eyes. Im starting to get used to it now tho, didnt really see a reason for any of it. But if she just had to have something done maybe the nose.
