Theres other fruits and veges that provide the same vitamins as listed in that article. I'm guessing those are just examples.
I hate articles like these though because they tell you "certain" things like THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO EAT when there are other options. Its very misleading.
For example, grapes increase your blood circulation which helps your hair grow.
Watermelon is good too because is 92% water and your hair needs water.
The red peppers mentioned, you can eat any colored (cool pepper) and you'll experience growth). I went 2 weeks eating pepper recipes everyday..straight healthy eating and my nails grew a nice length which never happens (I have this ocd with picking my nails).
The organic rice I ate probably contributed too along which the consumption of my lemon water.
But in a nutshell you can eat what you like and still have healthy long hair.
