I can do the exercise

but having to change what else I eat is like Ouch

My problem is sugar. When I eliminate sugar completely from my diet, I drop weight like crazy!! 
I lost 76 pounds in 18 months on Atkins. Maintained for years until I got married and had a baby. Now I'm chunky again Cry But...I'm fighting!!
 
Ive recently jump started my weight loss by doing a round on HCG. 8.2 pounds in 10 full days. I will transition into Atkins for life once all is said and done. I grew up on a low carb diet and that is just what my body is used too. We weren't allowed to eat sweets when I was young (hence my addiction).
 
The saying; "I'm allergic to carbs. They make me break out in fat" is true for me LOL

I can not WAIT until I can post my results in this thread.
I'm currently using myfitnesspal, as well as runtastic pro, push-up pro, sit-up pro and squat pro apps on iPhone. I'm going to start going back to the gym regularly and jump roping.  I also do about 15 minutes of cycling at the house (I need to do at least 45 min though).

And of course, I'm counting calories, eating more fruits and veggies, I drink almost a gallon of water per day, and I drink 1 to 2 cups of skim milk per day. I snack on fruits or almonds or a bowl of special k. I still have so much more to modify because the scale hasn't moved in 3 weeks.

Im in denial I think! I go back and forth I sometimes feel like some people look way better chubby and full figured.... then again I don't have 100lbs too loose.I want my best healthy self but on the other hand- I don't want to look like a deflated balloon!
