This tribe is called the himba, they reside mainly in Namibia, but i understand there is a population in Angola. However they are a nomadic group similar to the san, yet they decorate themselves(mainly women) some sought of red or clay paint, and wear elaborate hair styles.

The Nama tribe is a Khoisan or Khoi ethnic group, and is considered the original settlers or people in Southern Africa, before the so called bantu expansion, and later European groups they are related to the San, however unlike the San who nomadic, the khoi were farmers.
Like the himba above most of the Nama tribe lives in the modern nation states of namibia, however you can find these tribe in Botswana and South Africa as well.
