As of what we know it, the famous Maca and Aguaje is very known for its name.. As well orginated in Peru... That explain on why Peru womens have amazing body figure because of their consume diet....That's right their diet. Within our society Processed and refine foods have taken over our bodies which can be a messs up our horomones, skin, cause fat, diseases, and effect our organs...We may tend to go to Fast food restaurants without realize what the food is doing to us..Have you ever wanted to get rid of fat in the midsection, wanting to loose weight, wanting to gain weight, clear pimples, and many more.well this form is to inform you of how eating healthy and still maintain a curve shape...Any suggestion will be useful as well.
 
Please note when i state diet im not talking about just losing weight but either gaining weight as well as curves
 
Lose weight + Curves + Healthy=you
Gain weight + Curves + Healthy = you
 
or Healthy + Curves =you
 
Diet -n. food and drink regularly provided or consumed  (meaning whatever you eat or drink is consider a diet)

Foods For Curves

flax seeds or oil, soy beans, soy milk ,multigrain bread,sesame and sunflower seeds, peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, blueberries, onion, garlic, hummus, alfalfa sprouts, green beans, refried beans, corn or cornbread, olive oil, bagels, pasta, avacados, bananas, dried fruits, and fruit juices. be sure you have BREAKFAST in the morning and stay away from fried foods as much as possible! eat Oatmeal, fresh fruits and juices, lean meats, fish, tuna, salmon, baked chicken, whole grain or whole wheat bread, whole beans, whole grain or brown rice, romaine lettuce instead of iceberg, green veggies like spinach, broccoli, asparagus, arugula, lowfat or skim milk...

 
To Be Briefly
 
Eat more organic Fruits and Vegetables
 
Eat more legumes (beans, and seeds)
 
Eat more Nuts and Grain
 
Consume Herbal Supplements such as Maca and Aguaje to help the body for nutrients

yes i know so i have to detox my body first and take the aguaje without the maca caue i know that the foods wihtin our society that we eat effecting our horomones and our bodies
