and this is just one neighborhood

while it may not be considered safe, it is safer than the ones in the OP

but yeah the OP could be off too

these places are worse than Brownsville, Newark and Camden

I went to school in Washington Park.  It was kind of bad back then but I only went there for educational purposes only and didn't stick around afterwards.  Don't see the point on sitting on the benches to smoke weed or fcuk.
